People with Approved TSA PreCheck will now experience a “Blended Lane” next time they go through the Alliance Municipal Airport (AIA) security checkpoint.
Travelers who have the TSA PreCheck designation will now get to use those screening benefits while going through security using the “Blended Lane” concept at AIA. All passengers will be screened through the same security lane, but the TSA PreCheck passengers will be asked to step forward for security screening first and will not need to remove shoes, laptops, 3-1-1 liquids, belts or light jackets.
“We are very excited to see the new ‘Blended Lane’ system for the TSA PreCheck passengers at AIA,” said Alliance Airport Director, Lynn Placek. “It is designed to provide pre-approved passengers the same TSA PreCheck experience and benefits of the larger airports.”
